Patent examination of the State Intellectual Property Office entered NAR and carried out professional technology practice exchange activities

On September 13, 2018, as the practice point of "Shanghai Zhangjiang examiner practice base of the State Intellectual Property Office", NAR welcomed the leaders and patent examiners of the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office to carry out the professional and technical practice activities of patent examiners in 2018. Leaders from Pudong Intellectual Property Office, Pudong Intellectual Property Protection Center and Pudong Intellectual Property Promotion Association attended the event together.

During the two-day practice, the inspectors of the chemical group came to NAR's production workshop to learn about the production process and process of the product in detail, and also participated in the routine testing operation of the product in person. They also provided several hours of professional training and communication on patents for NAR's cadres and employees, which played a non-stop role in NAR's creation, application, protection and management of intellectual property.

 

The examiners also said that through face-to-face communication with NAR's R & D and technical personnel this time, the understanding of  technical information in this field has been promoted, which will help to grasp the applicant's innovative ideas and technical solutions in the future review work, so as to speed up the review efficiency and improve the quality of the review.

With the development of the enterprise, NAR's investment in R & D has gradually increased, which has exceeded the requirements for high-tech enterprises and Shanghai enterprise technology center. The perfect hardware and software strength has been recognized by the intellectual property office and selected as the practice point for patent examiners.

 

At present, NAR has 88 authorized patents, including 14 invention patents. The application and management of patents are gradually moving towards systematic development. 

Through all kinds of internal and external training, NAR has established a full-time team of patent workers. Patent application management and other work have reached the standard requirements of GB / T 29490-2013 enterprise intellectual property management specification, and also formulated a clear development plan. It passed the acceptance of Pudong patent pilot unit in 2015 and Shanghai patent pilot unit in 2018. 

We believe that in the future, NAR will rely on patent and other intellectual property management to better protect the rights and interests of products and provide customers with better product services.
