After the phased success of Shanghai NAR lean project, in order to improve the problems and improve the effectiveness of the project, the project has investigated and analyzed the production management process of Nantong Baina since July, established lean production improvement group and efficiency group on this basis, and issued the implementation plan of lean production promotion.
On the same day, the background and objectives of the project was introduced in detail at the meeting , and announced the preliminary research results and organizational structure, which laid a good foundation for comprehensively and efficiently starting and promoting the project and establishing an excellent operation system.
Ma Jiji, CEO of NAR, pointed out at the meeting that promoting lean management projects is to meet the needs of market development; It is the need to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and realize their own development; It is the need to improve the quality of employees and the anti risk ability of enterprises.
