On September 17, 2021, "Nantong Baina lean management phase I project kick-off meeting" was held in Nantong Baina, marking the further deepening of the concept of "lean management" in the NAR system.


After the phased success of Shanghai NAR lean project, in order to improve the problems and improve the effectiveness of the project, the project has investigated and analyzed the production management process of Nantong Baina since July, established lean production improvement group and efficiency group on this basis, and issued the implementation plan of lean production promotion.
On the same day, the background and objectives of the project was introduced in detail at the meeting , and announced the preliminary research results and organizational structure, which laid a good foundation for comprehensively and efficiently starting and promoting the project and establishing an excellent operation system.

Ma Jiji, CEO of NAR, pointed out at the meeting that promoting lean management projects is to meet the needs of market development; It is the need to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and realize their own development; It is the need to improve the quality of employees and the anti risk ability of enterprises.

At the same time, he put forward four requirements for the lean management project team: first, leading cadres should give great importance to it and take the lead in person; 2、 According to the goal, make rigorous planning and make solid progress; 3、 Mobilize all to create a lean production atmosphere; 4、 Dare to deny yourself and move forward in negation.
The lean management project aims to improve production management efficiency and product quality. The improvement of production requires all staff to face difficulties, persevere and pay attention to methods. Only by adhering to a down-to-earth and realistic attitude, strengthening learning, continuous self-improvement, and strengthening cross departmental communication and exchange ,in this way , Nantong Baina be built into a first-class company in the industry.
