On May 7, 2021, the first phase summary meeting of lean management project of NAR was held in NAR, Shanghai. Majiji, President of NAR and Yang
Jiantang, executive president of NAR, attended the meeting, and announced the successful completion of the project.
On the same day, each improvement team reported, summarized the problems of the improvement projects they were responsible for. The project covered the procurement of raw materials, quality control, production plan, production efficiency and other links. It has achieved 6 system improvements, 11 process improvements, 30 improvement in production details, and a solid step towards the goal of "excellence and continuous improvement".

Finally, Ma Jiji, President of NAR, made a summary of the project. He affirmed the successful implementation of improvement projects, pointed out that the unfinished projects must be continuously promoted, at the same time, new improvement projects should be found, improvement team members should be updated constantly, and all NAR staff should be continuously and fully involved. With the improvement ideas and methods learned in this year, the production and quality should be continuously improved.

At the end of the meeting, all the improvement team members took photos to take a look at the contributions and gains of the year.
