Annual business analysis& commendation meeting held

On January 14, 2021, the annual business analys &commendation meeting of NAR was held ceremoniously, and all middle level and senior employees attended the meeting

At the beginning of the meeting, the directors of seven operation and management centers of NAR. analyzed the achievements of each department in 2020, put forward the problems that need to be reflected, as well as the harvest and growth in this year, and defined the goal, implementation plan and scheme for the next year.

Later, President Ma Jiji gave a speech. He comprehensively summarized the extraordinary year 2020 and affirmed the outstanding achievements made by NAR staff.

Meanwhile, he made an important deployment for the work in 2021, put forward specific requirements on improving profitability, improving business quality and laying well 3 fundamental skill;and said that in the new year, the company will encourage NAR people with dreams and pursuits to carry out internal entrepreneurship, completely release employees from the mechanism, and hope NAR people can create new brilliance.

Finally, chairman,You Aiguo, made a summary of the meeting. From the five perspectives of "Study, Goal, Trust, Innovation and Efficiency", he encouraged and urged NAR people to innovate the mechanism, forge ahead and actively meet new challenges.

According to tradition, NAR annual meeting is not only an annual grand ceremony of NAR people, but also a stage of commendation meeting. Unfortunately, in response to the government's call, the banquet will be postponed to an appropriate time in the first half of the year due to the repeated outbreaks. Therefore, this year's honorary meeting was held at the dinner after the business analysis meeting.

The whole ceremony was simple and grand, full of warm atmosphere. Through the company's strict selection, the commendation list was announced , they are: annual excellent employees, annual advanced teams, annual excellent cadres and annual excellent departments.And also updated the commendation list of outstanding management and training students

At the end of the award ceremony, each of the colleagues who attended the meeting shared with their colleagues the ups and downs of their work in the past year.
