On August 4 of this year, Mr. Zhang Xiaoqiang, a senior lecturer of research union international enterprise management consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd., was invited by NAR to conduct a comprehensive cost management training for NAR's employees. After the training, under the guidance of President Ma Jiji, all departments of NAR took immediate action to set up improvement projects in the spirit of "improving efficiency and reducing cost" according to the characteristics of their respective departments.
After one month of continuous improvement and improvement, all departments. On September 8, 2018, NAR. held an improvement effect evaluation conference on the comprehensive cost management project.
