Persisting in improvement, continuously improving efficiency and reducing cost--- Establish cost management project improvement committee

On August 4 of this year, Mr. Zhang Xiaoqiang, a senior lecturer of research union international enterprise management consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd., was invited by NAR to conduct a comprehensive cost management training for NAR's employees. After the training, under the guidance of President Ma Jiji, all departments of NAR took immediate action to set up improvement projects in the spirit of "improving efficiency and reducing cost" according to the characteristics of their respective departments.

 

After one month of continuous improvement and improvement, all departments. On September 8, 2018, NAR. held an improvement effect evaluation conference on the comprehensive cost management project. Middle level cadres and project leaders gathered together to report the project situation of each department and show the improvement effect.

During the meeting, 24 improvement projects were shown, including 21 cost improvement projects and 3 quality improvement projects. A jury composed of President Ma Jiji, general manager Shen, production director Qian Xiabin and manager he Guicai made comments and reviews.

President Ma Jiji made an important speech after the meeting, once again reiterated the determination of NAR to continue to reduce costs and improve efficiency, and will continue to promote various of improvement and improvement measures to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the company.

 

After the completion of the comprehensive cost management project review, President Ma Jiji personally awarded bonus to the team with outstanding performance in the overall quality operation project.

By participating in this improvement project, we found that as long as we have confidence in improvement, we can find projects that can be improved everywhere, and the improvement can be carried out at any time. At the same time, NAR team put the training knowledge into practice, transformed the theory into practice, and deepened the team's understanding of improving efficiency and reducing cost.
