As spring returns and renewal begins, on January 10, 2026, the grand opening of NAR's 23rd Anniversary Celebration and 2026 New Year Gala took place at the main venue in Shanghai, with simultaneous connections to satellite venues in Nantong, Fengcheng, Dongguan, and Thailand. Over 1,600 members of the NAR family gathered virtually across distances to celebrate the company’s 23 years of glory and embark on a new journey in 2026. This grand event served not only as a review of the hard-won achievements and resilient growth in 2025, but also as a tribute to the dedication of all NAR employees and a salute to the company’s 23-year journey of perseverance. More importantly, it stood as a rallying call to align visions, set clear directions, and charge forward with full momentum toward high-quality development.

Executive Team Performance
The celebration kicked off with the executive team taking the stage, energizing the atmosphere with a lively performance of "Paradise of Green Apples." Through their relaxed and engaging act, they bridged the gap with employees, showcasing an approachable, open, and energetic side of the leadership. This also set a joyful and harmonious tone for the entire evening.

Chairman's Address
Following the opening performance, Chairman You Aiguo took the stage to deliver his speech. He noted that having the executive team kick off the show reflected the company's active move to break away from traditional formats and leave behind rigid conventions.
At the celebration, Chairman You Aiguo delivered a speech, reflecting on past endeavors, addressing current challenges, and outlining a clear vision for the future. He noted that while 2025 left unresolved issues, NAR employees demonstrated resilience and responsibility amid complexities, achieving remarkable results: the company secured steady growth against the trend, made breakthroughs across core businesses, successfully expanded into the magnetic materials sector, and formally evolved into a diversified technology group. Coinciding with its 23rd anniversary, NAR broke free from the constraints of empiricism and formalism, fostered unified thinking across the organization, and advanced from passive execution to proactive ownership, from superficial changes to deep transformation.Meanwhile, technology empowerment delivered significant outcomes, with continued investment in R&D and digitalization driving steady improvements in new product contribution, management efficiency, and quality control, injecting strong momentum into development.
While acknowledging these achievements, the Chairman also addressed shortcomings: compared to global industry leaders, gaps remain in innovation capability and quality system development, while issues such as departmental silos and cumbersome processes hinder operational efficiency—all “tough challenges” to be tackled in 2026. Quoting Hegel’s warning to “learn from history and draw lessons,” he advocated a new work and management philosophy: in understanding, avoid seeking perfection in all aspects; in execution, uphold simplicity and efficiency; in management, focus on strength-based approaches, driving quality and efficiency with a pragmatic style.
The Chairman emphasized that real improvement starts from within and thrives on persistence, requiring a practical attitude of “act and correct promptly.” Standards are the foundation of efficiency, and safety is the baseline of development—both are indispensable. All NAR employees should strengthen their confidence and conviction to “win decisive battles,” maintain a mindset of “continuous learning,” and achieve comprehensive growth. He concluded by encouraging everyone with the message: “There are no shortcuts to any place worth going,” extended sincere New Year wishes to all employees and partners, and called for unity, embrace of change, and collective efforts to compose a new chapter of high-quality development with high morale.
