The event featured a specially designed fun ice-breaking session centered around the theme. Through cross-regional collaborative competitions, participants built closer connections, establishing emotional bonds beyond business partnerships in a relaxed atmosphere. This laid a solid interactive foundation for subsequent exchanges.
Chairman You Aiguo delivered the opening speech titled "Uniting Hearts, Creating Change, and Winning Together." In his address, he summarized past challenges and experience, emphasizing that NAR will focus on precision coating technology as its core driver. By enhancing the "Five Core Competencies", including product strength and manufacturing capabilities, the company will advance related diversification efforts. Faced with market and industry cycle challenges, he highlighted the importance of maintaining three principles: "staying calm, continuous learning, and clear positioning." He also stressed adhering to long-termism, practicing ESG concepts, and building an efficient operational system. He candidly stated that the current priority is to "survive" by maintaining cash flow, controlling risks, and leveraging digital tools to achieve sustainable development.

Rotating President You Aijun, in a thematic sharing session on "Involution and Anti-Involution," proposed a dual-track strategy: expanding the market base with cost-effective products while focusing on high-end personalized products to build differentiated advantages. He emphasized the long-term value of "doing difficult but right things."
Co-President Liu Hui systematically elaborated on the "Product Upgrading" strategy, showcasing NAR’s innovation system and R&D achievements based on materials science research and supported by precision coating technology. Through upgrades of brands like "Black Crown" and "Blue Diamond," NAR is collaborating with distributors to drive the advertising industry toward eco-friendly and efficient transformation.
Vice President Shen Weifeng focused on "high-quality products and supply chain," highlighting NAR’s breakthroughs in quality and delivery through digital restructuring and supply chain reforms. He also launched NAR’s "Easy Order System," an online ordering platform designed to advance digital operations and streamline the supply chain.
Domestic Marketing Director Wei Lingli announced the annual marketing strategy, emphasizing the commitment to the brand agency system and channel protection policies. A multi-brand layout will enhance market resilience. The sales incentive policy introduced at the event, featuring attractive rebate mechanisms and service guarantees, provided distributors with strong motivation for market expansion.
