As the vibrant summer drew to a close, NAR's 2025 Management Trainee Program marked the successful completion of its intensive training phase. This group of promising young talents has undergone remarkable transformation, making their first crucial step from campus to corporate life. Their growth promises to inject fresh energy into all business divisions of NAR. The trainees will now embark on a three-month job rotation followed by another three months in fixed positions. After completing this six-month program, they will accelerate their development over the next two years to become core pillars of the NAR team.
An Enriching Training Experience
On the morning of July 1st, Rotating President You Aijun visited the training site and engaged the trainees in an insightful exchange. He provided a comprehensive overview of NAR's corporate history, cultural values, and organizational structure, giving the trainees a clear understanding of the company's foundations and operational framework.
President You extended a warm welcome to the new trainees, offering words of encouragement and high expectations that reinforced their commitment to contributing to NAR's growth.

Following this, the HR department organized ice-breaking activities where trainees enthusiastically introduced themselves, elected class representatives, and participated in team-building games that fostered camaraderie and laid the groundwork for future collaboration.

The intensive training program comprised 21 courses totaling nearly 50 hours, covering corporate culture and policies, product and process knowledge, talent development, and professional competencies.
Outstanding alumni from previous trainee programs also shared their work experiences and methodologies, offering valuable career advice while encouraging the newcomers to integrate into their teams quickly, master their responsibilities diligently, and grow into reliable professionals. They emphasized that NAR ultimately rewards dedication and hard work.

The Chairman's Guiding Wisdom
On July 18th, Chairman You Aiguo delivered the concluding lecture, engaging the trainees in a profound discussion about corporate development and personal growth. He highlighted the critical transition from academia to the professional world and detailed NAR's fair, transparent, and supportive environment for young talent.
The Chairman explained that NAR not only boasts a robust organizational structure but also fosters innovation through internal venture mechanisms—the company shoulders operational costs to empower young entrepreneurs to focus on building new businesses. He emphasized NAR's open and inclusive culture, which values employees' holistic development through digital skills training, professional courses, and rich corporate activities.
When discussing the core of corporate success, the Chairman stressed Konosuke Matsushita's philosophy of "altruism" as essential. He urged trainees to adopt a customer-centric mindset across all operations, from product design to manufacturing, ensuring complete satisfaction—a fundamental professional ethic for every NAR employee.
In this era of rapid technological change, the Chairman reminded everyone that "the only way to stay ahead is through lifelong learning." He advised targeted, purposeful learning to remain at the forefront of the digital transformation wave. Quoting the adage, "Through persistent effort, one can alter the tide's direction," he inspired trainees to help NAR navigate market shifts and even reshape industry trends.
The Chairman concluded with three guiding maxims:
"Deep roots sustain towering trees; clear springs feed distant streams"—emphasizing the importance of building strong foundations.
"Ropes cut wood; droplets pierce stone. Without conquering oneself, how conquer the world?"—highlighting resilience against challenges.
"Lofty aspirations unleash boundless power"—encouraging alignment of personal ambitions with NAR's vision to drive enduring motivation.

Team-Building: Forging Bonds and Culture
Against a backdrop of lively games on the lawn, teamwork flourished, deepening the roots of NAR's cultural values: integrity, respect, innovation, and win-win collaboration.

The activities vividly embodied these principles:
Word competitions showcased integrity through fair play.
Rapid Q&A sessions demonstrated respect as winners stayed humble and losers applauded graciously.
Charades and Pictionary sparked creative innovation.
Tug-of-war epitomized team spirit, with synchronized efforts etching "fighting for the team" into every drop of sweat.

As night fell, strategic Werewolf matches blended with impromptu singing and dancing around a bonfire. Initial hesitations melted into genuine connections, strengthening team cohesion under the stars while NAR's cultural seeds took root.

This intensive training was both a celebration of youthful potential and a refinement of NAR's culture. As this chapter closes, a new journey begins. Armed with their training insights, the 2025 trainees will disperse to NAR's branches, embodying the company's tenacious spirit as they grow in their roles and become driving forces across all business units.
