Dear NAR Family,
As spring returns, all things renew.
Looking back from a new starting point, 2025 is destined to leave a vivid chapter in NAR's history. Facing the complex market, we delivered strong results and made solid strides in strategic transformation. On behalf of the management, I extend our highest respect and warmest New Year wishes to all 1,600+ dedicated NAR colleagues.
2025: Uniting in Challenges, Soaring Against the Odds
2025 was a year of "united dedication".
• Steady Growth: Revenue reached RMB 1.468B by Q3, net profit rose 33.95% to RMB 144M. Full-year performance is expected to grow steadily—thanks to every striving NAR member.
• Multi‑Sector Breakthroughs: Digital printing materials progressed steadily; automotive films performed strongly; optical films improved in quality and efficiency. The Q4 controlling stake in Xinyifan marks our expansion into magnetic materials, advancing NAR toward a diversified tech group.
• Internal Strengthening: On our 23rd anniversary, we broke from empiricism, rejected formalism and laxity, built consensus, and cleared the way for change.
• Tech‑Driven Results: Increased R&D and digital investment lifted new product contributions and improved management/quality control, revealing tech's vast potential.
Facing Challenges: Staying Clear‑Eyed, Reflecting to Break Through
While celebrating, we must be fully aware of our gaps. Benchmarked against leaders, we still lag in innovation, quality systems, and operations—these are growth “stumbling blocks”. As we grow, “departmental walls” and cumbersome processes have emerged, significantly hindering efficiency.
Colleagues, these are the “hard challenges” we must tackle in 2026.
2026: Wisdom Lights the New Journey, Comprehensive Upgrade
2026 is a pivotal year for NAR’s transformation. We will steadfastly uphold our mission—“Empowered with technology innovation, create better life”—and advance toward our vision: to be a global leader in high-tech films solutions and a nimble century enterprise.
1. Cultural Renewal: Building a “Community of Shared Destiny”
For a team of 1,600, the crude “control, pressure, train, punish” model is unsustainable. We will empower teams, optimize into 5 business units and 7 functions, fully delegate authority, and give frontline staff decision‑making voice. We will stay customer‑centric, helping partners gain greater benefits. We will refine equity incentives, shifting from “working for the company” to “striving for oneself,” richly rewarding value creators.
2. Focus on the Core: Defining Benchmarks with Technology
In precision coating, we seek not just scale, but strength. We will focus on new‑material R&D, striving to be a full‑spectrum benchmark in tech, quality, and reputation, securing industry leadership.
3. Organizational Reform: Building an Agile, Efficient, Simplified System
Cut redundant approvals; do what’s right. Break departmental walls to solve problems fast, boosting market responsiveness. Strengthen standardization, manage with systems and processes, build a modern management framework.
4. Deepen Digitalization: Data‑Driven Scientific Decisions
Refine data systems, deepen digital application across operations, let data underpin R&D, production, and decisions—truly unleashing value. Invest more in smart‑equipment upgrades, enhance flexible manufacturing, win the digital campaign.
Colleagues, with full sails on vast seas, we paddle ahead to lead the tide.
Past achievements are recorded; the 2026 canvas awaits our joint brushstrokes. Let us unite, align our hearts and efforts, embrace change openly, and jointly embark on NAR’s new journey of high‑quality development!
Finally, we sincerely wish you health, success, family happiness, and prosperity in the New Year!
Chairman: You Aiguo
