In the autumn season, as NAR's management team welcomes the 23rd anniversary, they collectively review and reflect, organize their thoughts, clarify the company's pursuits, gain insights into development directions, explore future strategic guidance, and embark on a new journey towards building a century-old enterprise.

At the development strategy project kick-off meeting in early September, Mr. You Aiguo, Chairman of the Board, set the tone from the outset by emphasizing the need to gain insight into business value and adhere to the nature of affairs. He stressed that in the face of industrial transformation and technological iteration, only by keeping pace with the trends of the times and making adequate preparations with full commitment can opportunities be seized. He called on the management team to confront challenges directly and engage in deep co-creation, requiring all employees to participate in strategic discussions with an open mindset. Together with consulting experts, they will collaboratively plan and explore the goals and pathways for the company's rapid and healthy development, ensuring the scientific rigor and practical executable of the planning.

Dr. Li Zhihua, Vice President of China Stone, served as the project leader, leading a professional team to provide comprehensive guidance. In his report titled "Starting from the Heart, Breaking Through with Strategy—The Growth Accelerator from Goals to Execution," he systematically elaborated the end-to-end methodology of "Strategic Insight - Decoding - Execution." Additionally, he conducted a specialized training session for over a hundred key management members of NAR, titled "Operation First, Strategy Leads, Performance is King, Mission Accomplished," detailing strategic management tools and practical implementation pathways. This officially marked the launch of NAR's strategic restructuring project.

As a leading enterprise in the field of precision coating, NAR's strategic restructuring plan will focus on strengthening the synergistic development of various business segments, reflecting the company's determination to base itself on the present while planning for the long term. It will take new steps in optimizing business structure, enhancing innovation and adaptability, driving digital and intelligent transformation, and improving management performance, thereby injecting new momentum to sustain its industry leadership.
