The visit and exchange activity of the Antai Digital Economy Industry Community Program from Shanghai Jiao Tong University to visit and exchange with NAR Group was successfully completed

Recently, led by Professor Shi Zhanzhong from Antai College of Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Antai Digital Economy Industry Community Class of Jiao Tong University visited NAR for study and learning. They aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the company's digital transformation achievements and characteristics, and to explore the methodology for the development of traditional manufacturing towards intelligence and efficiency. At the beginning of the event, Xia Xuewu, the assistant to the president, led the entrepreneurs to visit the exhibition hall. Currently, the digital printing materials business has formed a dual-drive model that combines the domestic market's inventory-driven production with the overseas market's order-driven production, effectively driving the growth of main business revenue. The paint protection film business has achieved multi-channel sales and comprehensive market coverage of protective film products through cooperation with automakers and dealers through the PDI channel, as well as utilizing the PPF brand channel for OEM manufacturing and self-owned brand authorized stores.

Next, Shen Weifeng, Vice President and General Manager of the Digital Center, elaborated on the practical path and business empowerment strategy of Nair Co., Ltd. in the process of digital transformation. Since upgrading the ERP system in 2018, Nair Co., Ltd. has not only achieved improvements in production efficiency and product quality through continuous efforts in digital construction, but has also further linked the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, injecting strong impetus into the high-quality collaborative development of the industry and new business opportunities.

By fostering digitalization, the company has completed a three-step journey from online business to digitalized business, and then to a fully digital business, empowering marketing and manufacturing.
