On July 1st, the training camp for the 2024 batch of management trainees commenced with an address from the Rotating President Tao Fusheng. President Tao warmly welcomed the new talents and conveyed the company's strong emphasis on and high expectations for the development of management trainees. He encouraged them to dream boldly and take on responsibilities courageously, with the hope that they will contribute to the company's growth in the future.

This training session includes a total of 21 courses, with a combined duration of nearly 50 hours. The content covers system processes, job skills, product knowledge, and more. Building on the excellent courses from previous years, the Human Resources Department has added guidance on life development planning to help newcomers navigate their initial entry into the workplace. Additionally, role models among former management trainees have been invited to share their personal growth experiences and work methods, offering advice, and answering questions in their capacity as "mentors." During the training, the management trainees displayed a high level of enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude. They actively asked questions during class, delved deeply into their topics after class, embraced challenges, and showed a willingness to innovate.

Simultaneously, the management trainees followed the internship rotation schedule established by the Human Resources Department, heading to their respective departments. Under the guidance of their mentors, they learned the various knowledge and skills required for their designated positions. To develop their patience and sense of responsibility at work, and to give them a firsthand experience of the challenges faced by frontline production employees, three trainees were assigned each week to the slitting workshop to assist the operations department and labelers in attaching labels to each pallet of finished products. Despite the scorching summer heat, with sweat quickly soaking through their clothes, not a single trainee opted to quit halfway. Each group successfully completed their assigned tasks.

Transitioning from campus to the professional world is an important journey that everyone inevitably goes through. NAR, as the first stop in their career, provides a fair, just, and open environment for growth. This helps management trainees find suitable positions and set future growth targets.
Chairman You Aiguo, sensing the trainees' anxiety and unease, took the initiative to break the ice. Adopting a parental tone, he encouraged them to open up and speak freely, gradually melting away their apprehensions like spring water thawing snow. By recounting a modest event — receiving wedding candy from trainee Jin Binfeng — Chairman You aimed to inspire all trainees to actively share their joys and struggles with leaders and colleagues. In today's society, we are witnessing profound changes. Artificial intelligence and big data are transforming the way we live, and technological advancements are creating new opportunities. The emergence of "Apollo Go" has sounded an alarm for the ride-hailing industry, while the widespread use of drones is set to accelerate the transformation of the courier and food delivery sectors. More and more old practices are being replaced by new developments. As Chairman You Aiguo pointed out, "Yesterday's sun cannot shine on today's land." From today onwards, every moment marks a fresh beginning, a new starting line. By letting go of past burdens and starting anew at NAR, as long as we continuously chase the sunlight, the future will undoubtedly be bright, making us leaders of the era.
In the future, only growth can provide security. The new generation of young people is eager to express their individuality and pursue the realization of self-worth. As management trainees, only through constant self-improvement, self-refinement, and self-forging can one achieve true security and grow into a towering tree that no longer relies on the legacy of the previous generation. Life is not always smooth sailing; everyone will encounter difficulties and moments of confusion. After a month of intensive training, the 2024 Management Trainee Bootcamp concluded with a team-building event that offered total relaxation. On Saturday, July 27th, all participants gathered at the venue for a series of light-hearted games like UNO, Pictionary, and Werewolves of Miller's Hollow. These activities tested both reaction and brainpower, and the venue was frequently filled with laughter and joy. As they played, the camaraderie among them grew stronger without them even realizing it.
