Growing Together towards the Future | Nar 2025 New Year's Gala Concluded Successfully

On December 28, 2024, 2025 New Year's Party was held simultaneously at the main venue in Shanghai, as well as sub venues in Nantong, Fengcheng, Dongguan, and Thailand. Over 1200 employees celebrated Nar 22nd birthday together.

The New Year's Party is not only a summary and review of the management work of Nar this year, but also a recognition and commendation of the hard work of all Nar people. Chairman's Speech

The theme of Chairman You Aiguo's New Year's speech this year is "Growing Together towards the Future", which echoes the 20th anniversary of "Growing Us" and points out a clearer direction for the future development of Nar.

Chairman You first gave a brief review of the achievements made by Nar in 2024: Nar's revenue broke new highs this year and its global market share continued to increase; The PPF Protective Film Division has achieved outstanding results and has grown into a backbone of performance growth; The sales of innovative projects are steadily increasing, and the release materials and decorative materials are steadily advancing; The production scale has further expanded, with an annual production of over 600 million square meters of finished adhesive products; The construction of the management team continues to improve, the rotation mechanism of the president is on track, and the training of grassroots production cadres has achieved significant results; By establishing research institutes, the reserve of technical talents has been effectively enhanced, and the innovation strength of enterprises has been strengthened.

2025 has quietly arrived. Summarizing past experiences and lessons, Chairman You has put forward six growth suggestions, encouraging all Nar people to make progress together: 1. Improve product quality to ensure worry free sales. 2. Flatten the structure, streamline processes, control costs, and break down departmental walls. 3. Fixed marketing, upgrading, seizing opportunities, and further expanding market share. 4. Breakthroughs have been made in overseas bases, accelerating the localization of talent and industrial chains. 5. Persist in continuous innovation in three aspects: system, mechanism, and product. 6. Promote the construction of talent and team culture, and continuously inherit the Nar spirit.

Finally, Chairman You extends sincere New Year's greetings to all employees, customers, and partners, and concludes with Tolstoy's famous quote, "Happy people are all alike, and unhappy people have their own misfortunes." Honor Awards

The outstanding achievements of Nar in 2024 cannot be achieved without the efforts of all Nar employees. In the award ceremony, the middle and senior management of the company presented awards to the winners of 8 awards, including "Outstanding Cadre of the Year", "Outstanding Employee of the Year", and "Outstanding Team of the Year", highly affirming and praising their outstanding performance in the year's work. This year, a new award, the "CEO Safety Award," has been added to reward outstanding production teams that have completed their work tasks with high quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the year.

 

 

In order to allow employees who were unable to receive the honor on site to feel the warmth of Nar, Chairman You specially livestreamed and connected three management cadres, Shao Xinzheng, Ni Saifeng, and Cheng Haisheng, to congratulate them. Among them, Shao Xinzheng's family has just welcomed their fourth baby, and he has also passed on the happiness of having a precious son to every Nar person.

The executive team took the lead in delivering a poetry recitation titled 'Growing Together towards the Future', using strong and powerful language to deeply interpret the true essence of Nar corporate culture, opening the curtain for the entire evening program segment. The organizing committee of the annual meeting creatively designed the "Annual Summary of Selected Workers 2024" from the perspective of grassroots employees, expressing their feelings for Nar and showcasing the passion and anticipation of Nar people in welcoming the New Year.

The foreign trade department brought a joyful dance called "Congratulations on Getting Rich", sending blessings of "New Year's Wealth" through traditional Chinese cultural elements such as red lanterns, gold ingots, and mahjong tiles. General Manager You Aijun and Senior Manager He Guicai of the Finance Center showcased their singing talents and led department employees to perform the musical "Apple Fragrance" with great enthusiasm.

Four new management trainees brought a highly youthful song medley, singing the vibrant energy of young people. Under the leadership of professional dance teachers, the dancers of the PPF division dressed in strong costumes performed the heroic fan dance "Pian Ruo Jing Hong", full of martial arts style.

 

The Supply Chain Management Center has launched a sequel to the sketch "Office Anecdotes", which satirizes the wrong behaviors such as tardiness, slacking off, and lying down at work through a hilarious new employee onboarding farce. The handsome guys in the domestic trade department have ingeniously adapted multiple classic songs, singing the bits and pieces of business work to cheer themselves on. Workshop employee Ji Yuhong brings a suona solo of "My Chinese Heart", with a passionate melody expressing sincere love for the motherland.

The Technology R&D Center and Quality Management Center have changed their usual aloof image and transformed into characters from the game "Identity V", bringing home the dance performance "Manor Carnival". The administrative headquarters moved the cafeteria to the stage and staged a story about honest management in the Old Yin Noodle House. Li Feng, the champion of this year's Nar Karaoke competition, came from Nantong to perform the ancient style song "Watching on the Wall" with great skill.

 

The Nar people in Nantong and Fengcheng also prepared exciting performances. The employees who usually struggle in the workshop showcase their talents on the stage, with lively and melodious singing, innovative and cheerful dancing, and interesting skits. After each department finishes singing, I come on stage, and the scene is lively.

After selection by executives and the organizing committee of the annual meeting, the program "Pian Ruo Jing Hong" won the Best Art Award, the program "Manor Carnival" won the Most Creative Award, the program "Wall View" won the Most Popular Award, the program "Noodle Shop Storm" won the Best Collaboration Award, and the program "Apple Fragrance" won the Best Stage Award.
