To enhance the comprehensive management skills and professional competence of frontline team leaders, as well as strengthen their cultural identity and organizational belonging, NAR recently organized a three-day special training program titled "Strengthening the Foundation: NAR Team Leaders’ Advanced Navigation Program" at its Nantong factory. With strong support from company leadership and coordination across departments, 13 excellent internal instructors developed 11 professional courses, successfully delivering systematic training to 35 outstanding team leaders and achieving remarkable results.

Centered on the core principle of "learning grounded in reality and applied to practice," the training adopted an "action learning" management model. It covered key areas such as team management, quality control, safety production, 6S site management, equipment maintenance, and role awareness. Through a diverse combination of PPT lectures, live Q&A sessions, case studies, and hands-on exercises, the program ensured that participants could effectively learn and apply the knowledge.
The three-day schedule was intensive yet enriching. On the evening of August 7, an ice-breaking activity quickly brought participants closer together while clarifying training discipline and points-based competition rules. On August 8, following the opening session, the Chairman attended and delivered a speech emphasizing the critical role of team leaders in implementing company strategy and charting a clear direction for their career development. His words inspired attendees and underscored their significant responsibilities.

The training courses were formally conducted by seasoned internal instructors and managers, including Lu Shibin, Chen Xianchao, Zhou Delai, Xie Yanhai, Zhuang Hualin, Wu Jianpeng, Ni Saifeng, Li Haifang, Zhang Jie, Xiong Hele, Chen Weifeng, Cao Tengteng, and Liu Song, who shared their expertise through engaging sessions. In the evening, the training moved to the production workshop for practical 6S site inspections and review sessions, enabling immediate integration of theory and practice. On August 10, group presentations and professional evaluations by judges brought the learning atmosphere to a climax.

Meanwhile, the training working group provided meticulous arrangements in course coordination, logistics support, and participant management, ensuring the smooth progress of the program.
At the closing ceremony, production department leaders presented certificates of completion to all participants and recognized the winning group. Zhuang Hualin, Director of the Manufacturing Center, fully affirmed the outcomes of the training in his concluding remarks. He emphasized that the key to learning lies in transformation and application, urging team leaders to implement their insights and knowledge into daily work practices. Participants were required to develop personal action plans for improvement, aiming to genuinely enhance team management standards.

This training program was not merely a knowledge-sharing initiative but also a platform for idea exchange and a commitment to action. It effectively enhanced the capabilities of team leaders, reinforced the cultural identity and organizational belonging of key frontline personnel, and equipped all participants with the determination to transform their learning into exceptional team performance.
