On November 30, 2024, the term of office of the first rotating president of NAR expired. Through the joint efforts of the rotating president and the rotating committee, various business tasks were successfully completed, ensuring the stable daily operation of the company.
During the rotation period, the rotating president and rotating committee take the lead in formulating improvement measures and implementing goals for problems in various aspects such as sales, quality, cost, personnel, efficiency, and delivery. With the goal of efficiently solving customer problems, they innovatively establish an emergency operation team, where employees in procurement, planning, sales management, and other positions work together to handle affairs, break down communication barriers between departments in the supply chain, and improve supply chain efficiency.
On the basis of the smooth implementation of the rotating president mechanism and achieving good business results, NAR launched the second phase of rotation, with Shen Weifeng, Vice President of the Group and General Manager of the Digital Center, serving as the second rotating president, and Zhuang Hualin, Assistant to the President and Director of the Manufacturing Center, serving as the second joint rotating president. The rotating president and rotating committee of this period aim to integrate supply chain resources, adjust supply, planning, and sales departments, achieve process reengineering, and take it as their responsibility to achieve a leapfrog improvement in production and operation efficiency. They will further create the ultimate products, services, and operations, and continue writing a new chapter for NAR.
