Passion Unwavering, Cultivation Unceasing | Wonderful Conclusion to NAR's 2024 Northern Distributor Conference, Together Embarking on a Glorious New Journey

From August 23 to 24, 2024, just 20 days after the successful conclusion of NAR's Southern Distributor Conference, the Northern Distributor Conference was held as scheduled in Fengcheng City, Jiangxi Province. The lingering summer heat in Fengcheng, much like the hospitality of the NAR team, created a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. During the conference, NAR Chairman You Aiguo, Rotating President Tao Fusheng,Vice President You Aijun, Vice President Shen Weifeng, Co-rotating President Du Penglin, and Domestic Marketing Director Wei Lingli were all in attendance. The conference also saw participation from numerous business representatives from the Northern Region, who came together to discuss the path forward for future development.

At the start of the meeting, NAR upheld its business philosophy of "Full heart to service and integrity to the whole world" and remained committed to the original intention of "strengthening collaboration with distributors as partners." By adhering to the distributor model and long-term approach, we strive to build closer cooperative relationships with distributors for mutual development. By sharing the company's 22 years of extensive experience, the meeting addressed the actual issues faced by distributors, including but not limited to the optimization of business models, operational challenges, and how to effectively prevent and manage business and legal risks. These insights bolstered the distributors' confidence and provided them with new solutions for problem-solving.

The attendees also visited Fengcheng NAR Factory. The Fengcheng factory employs a fully digitalized, unmanned, and intelligent management model, achieving industry-leading ultra-high production efficiency and quality control. Its advanced features left a profound impression on the partners, showcasing the determination and confidence of NAR's team in deeply cultivating this industry!

Distributor Representatives Visit Fengcheng NAR ↑

As the meeting progressed, Mr. Di from Baoding Xinshi District Fangji Advertising Materials Store gave an introduction on their nearly 10-year collaboration with NAR, which began with traffic products and has since expanded to include removable adhesive, transparent series, PP series, decorative series, and more. He shared his business insights from his journey of transitioning from advertising distribution and advertising processing to the production of PVC foam board. Additionally, he provided the attendees with a new set of management methods covering various aspects such as procurement, security, sales, inventory, personnel, and accounts receivable.

As the discussion progressed, Co-rotating President Du Penglin shared the results of the first-half-year survey of the advertising industry. Despite the challenging economic conditions during the first half of the year, over 30% of distributors achieved positive growth in their performance. Looking ahead to the future development of the advertising industry, six guests, led by General Manager Zhang from Zhejiang Shawei Digital Technology Co., Ltd., shared their management philosophies and methods based on their actual business experiences. These insights received unanimous approval from the attendees. Moreover, the guests expressed a desire for NAR to expand its product variety and enhance customer service. These valuable suggestions were met with great attention and a proactive response from NAR, which committed to further broadening its product range to meet customer needs.

 

 

 

The final segment of the meeting featured a keynote speech titled " Empowering Growth, Achieving Mutual Success" delivered by Chairman You Aiguo. In his speech, Chairman You discussed current economic development trends, industry changes, breakthroughs in perception, and the future strategic development of NAR. He emphasized NAR's core philosophy of "altruism," explaining that NAR's altruism is not about self-sacrifice but about creating greater value for others. By pursuing excellence internally and empowering customers externally, NAR aims to establish a division of labor within the supply chain and achieve cooperative, long-term win-win outcomes without competing with partners for profits, allowing distributors to take the majority share. Chairman You quoted Kazuo Inamori, stressing that the fundamental basis of doing business lies in "pleasing customers," who are the central focus of all enterprises and the starting and ending points of all industrial activities. He solemnly pointed out that in the current economic downturn, NAR is willing to act as a stepping stone, fully supporting the growth of its partners. NAR is like a determined warrior charging ahead, standing shoulder to shoulder with all its distributors as partners to face various challenges until they achieve victory together. The ongoing construction of NAR's intelligent, modern factory in Fengcheng exemplifies this commitment. Chairman You's insights resonated strongly with the attendees, filling them with confidence in future in-depth cooperation with NAR.
