Empowering Growth, Achieving Mutual Success | Successful Conclusion of NAR 2024 Southern Region Dealers Meeting

On August 2nd and 3rd, 2024, NAR hosted the Southern Region Dealers Meeting in Fengcheng, Jiangxi Province, under the theme "Empowering Growth, Achieving Mutual Success" to show appreciation for the long-term support from NAR’s dealer partners. Over 60 guests from the southern region of China attended. The event was graced by the presence of NAR Chairman You Aiguo, Rotating President Tao Fusheng, Vice Presidents You Aijun and Shen Weifeng, Co-rotating President Du Penglin, Domestic Marketing Director Wei Lingli, and Southern Region Business Representatives. Together, they analyzed the current market situation, explored future prospects, and discussed strategies to help dealer partners cope with market changes and reduce risks. The successful event laid a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation between both parties.

On the morning of August 3rd, dealer partners, led by Rotating President Tao Fusheng, toured NAR Fengcheng factory. This facility, the fifth factory in NAR digital printing materials division, covers an extensive area, with 290,000 square meters dedicated to general industrial use and 45,000 square meters for chemical use. It boasts a complete production chain for digital printing materials, including adhesive synthesis, PVC film calendaring, PE lamination, silicon coating, adhesive coating, one way vision punching, and slitting. The Fengcheng factory plans to achieve an annual production capacity of 300 million square meters of self adhesive product and 100,000 tons of adhesives and chemical product, serving as a cornerstone for NAR future development.

During the tour, dealer partners closely observed the production processes for self adhesive vinyl, wrapping color film, and self adhesive PP product. They highly praised and recognized Fengcheng NAR intelligent production equipment, online quality control systems, digitalized operations, and smart logistics.

At the beginning of the meeting, Rotating President Tao Fusheng provided a detailed introduction to NAR 22-year history, sharing insights into the company’s development. He elaborated on NAR strengths in pre-sales, mid-sales, and after-sales, demonstrating the company’s capability to empower its dealer partners. Tao emphasized that NAR adheres to the policy of "not competing with dealer partners for profits" and is committed to protecting their profits, refusing to establish branch offices. Through continuous product innovation and institutional reforms, coupled with a cooperative marketing model, NAR aims to fully empower its dealer partners, achieving mutual success.

During the meeting, Vice President You Aijun addressed common issues faced by dealers in their daily operations, such as financial management, operational risks and inventory management. Drawing from NAR own development experience, he engaged in comprehensive discussions with dealer partners on financial management, risk control, digital operations and legal knowledge. Through real case studies, he provided in-depth communication tailored to the problems encountered by dealer partners. Vice President Shen Weifeng, leveraging NAR and his own extensive digital management experience, introduced a low-cost digital operation approach suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.

 

As the meeting progressed, Domestic Sales Director Wei Lingli introduced a series of new products, including non-woven wallpaper, embossed wallpaper, and ultra-wide eslf adhesive vinyl, expressing NAR continuous expansion of its product line and commitment to empowering customers for mutual growth. This presentation sparked significant interest among the dealer partners.

The meeting also featured interactive discussions and learning sessions, addressing current challenges and potential solutions. Guest speakers, including Mr. Xiong from the Meiji Decorative Materials Trading Department in Jinniu District, Mr. Zhang from the Qinhong advertising Co.,Ltd in Yubei District, Chongqing, Mr. Qin from Shanghai Dabang Enterprise Development Co.,Ltd., and Mr. Ding from Nanchang zeafeeyd DigitalInkjt Composite Materlals Co.,Ltd., shared their perspectives, operational insights, and strategies from different angles, gaining unanimous recognition from the attendees. In response to the strong demand for a broader product range, NAR pledged to continue its deep cultivation in the digital printing materials industry, enhance services and achieve mutual support and success.

 

 

The atmosphere reached its peak with the keynote speech by Chairman You Aiguo. He offered an in-depth analysis of the future development of the advertising materials industry from various perspectives, including technological advancements, economic growth rates, geopolitical impacts, and the rise of influencer economies. He emphasized six key principles: organizational drive as the core force propelling a company's competitiveness; talent drive as crucial for development, with every bit of wisdom and effort being a valuable asset; digital intelligence as a new engine injecting vitality and efficiency, guiding us towards a smarter future; value creation as the foundation of innovation and the catalyst for continuous breakthroughs; and green development as a hallmark of high-quality, socially responsible growth. He underscored NAR commitment to balancing economic benefits with environmental stewardship.

Chairman You also advocated the "Camel Spirit" – a spirit of resilience, responsibility, and perseverance. He encouraged everyone to remain steadfast and dedicated, regardless of the challenges ahead, and to continually enhance core competencies, creating a brilliant chapter of high-quality development together.

In conclusion, Chairman You reiterated NAR commitment to continuous improvement, providing top-notch products and services, and operations to empower customers and achieve mutual success.

The Southern Region Dealers Meeting effectively addressed customer pain points, understood their needs, and reinforced the foundation for cooperation. A detailed product planning and the successful event fostered mutual understanding and trust between NAR and its dealer partners. Government support is a key factor for the development of NAR During the banquet, Deputy Secretary of the Fengcheng Municipal Committee, Chen Zhijun, introduced the rich history and hospitality of Fengcheng to the guests. His lively and humorous speech highlighted the city’s historical heritage. He also provided an in-depth analysis of Fengcheng’s current industrial layout and the government’s efforts to create a top-notch business environment. The government is dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality development support and services, ensuring that every entrepreneurial dream can take root and flourish in Fengcheng’s fertile soil.

Chen's speech injected strong confidence and motivation into the guests, inspiring them with unlimited envision for future cooperation and mutual success. The banquet concluded on a warm and harmonious note, with applause echoing the high expectations and recognition for NAR promising future.
